Beta software notice

WebCAM CNC is offered while in beta. By using the Service during this period, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

What “beta” means

Features, performance, availability, and workflows may change without notice. We may add, modify, or remove functionality; introduce breaking changes; or interrupt the Service for maintenance or incidents.

No production-critical reliance

The Service is provided for evaluation and hobby use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You should not rely on the beta Service for time-critical, safety-critical, or business-critical operations (including sole copies of designs, toolpaths, or machine files). Maintain your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Data and availability

We aim to protect your data, but beta software can contain defects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or recovery of lost data. You are responsible for exporting or backing up projects and outputs you care about.

Implied agreement

Continued use of the Service after we display this notice (including via the site-wide beta banner) constitutes your acknowledgment of these beta terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
